Overview: 

The Intake Coordinator is the first point of contact for prospective clients seeking services at Lighthouse and plays a key role in guiding families through the onboarding process. This position is responsible for managing new client inquiries, verifying insurance, coordinating submission of paperwork,  and ensuring a smooth and positive intake experience. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Serve as the primary contact for new client inquiries via phone, email, and online referrals
  • Guide families through the intake process with professionalism and empathy
  • Collect and review intake documentation for accuracy and completeness
  • Verify insurance benefits and communicate coverage details to families
  • Maintain accurate internal records
 

Qualifications: 

We are seeking candidates with relevant experience in healthcare administration or a related field. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential.
